Living and working in France (even if some business travels here and there sometimes).

I did french in high-school and recently joined the Debian french-mailing lists in the hopes that I might get a chance to practice my french.

It's really amazing how we are all from far different places in the world, oh! for those of you that are interested, the unions in SA are striking right now, they are actually planning on a mass stay away tommorow.

Yes, the open source community is quite connected. Imagine a bunch of people from all over the world, in the modern times, that don't need lawyers, politicians and military to talk to each other. Maybe there is hope after all.

Indeed times have changed, I cannot imagine how terrible it would have been to be part of this human race three hundred years ago when there were no computers or even dreams thereof, or even ten years ago when there was not a Zabbix agent yet, phew! Terrible indeed.
