I registered to attend the webinar on Zabbix v3.4 English language, but I couldn't attend it. I have a plan to migrate monitoring system to Zabbix v3.4

I searched on Zabbix YouTube channel. However, most seminar or webinar is from 2016.

Hey! Thank you for the suggestion. The channel you are referring to is mostly for the speeches from our annual Zabbix Conference. Our ongoing webinars, at least at this stage, are not uploaded and done anew every time. This might change in the future though.
