Open a new local portal ?

I would open a french portal about zabbix because Zabbix is not very popular by french people.

Can I open my portal or do I need to have the autorization from Alexei ?

I do not think you need any authorization as long as you make ZABBIX more popular in France or anywhere else

Maybe we need a UK portal as well where the date format is correct
