My intention is to send a message to users when a triggered event is acknowledged.
I want the content of this email to be the message, the acknowledger left, when he updated the triggered problem, and set it to acknowledged.
I think I can achieve this with the {EVENT.ACK.STATUS}...

please, is there a way to send notification (email) when somebody send ACK on some issue? I am using version 2.2 , but it is no problem to change to other version if needed.

Way to receive alerts when event is ack'd?
Hi there,
This question might be trivial, but what I'm trying to make is an action that will mail when an event is ack'd, with comment.
1. So something goes booboo -> mail alert
2. Engineer still has to pay a big bill at the bar and ack's the alert ->... -
Change the trigger status by ACKing it
Anyone know if I can make a trigger that changes its status when it becomes ACKed?
