My intention is to send a message to users when a triggered event is acknowledged.
I want the content of this email to be the message, the acknowledger left, when he updated the triggered problem, and set it to acknowledged.

Есть item bacula.custommessage, который посылается при генерации bacula сообщения для оператора(обычно, это означает какие-то проблемы с монтированием томов bacula). Проблему надо решать вручную, никаких сообщений после её решения не придёт. Сейчас я оформил триггер на это событие вот так:

 {bacula:bacula.custommessage.nodata(90)}=0
