SNMP and monitoring Smartphone, Tablets and IOT devices

Is it possible to enable SNMP monitoring of Smartphones, Tablets, and IOT devices that allow it? I figured if the device had the option, it should be possible, however I havent seen any documentation on enabling snmp on android or ios devices.

I've posted an alternative Zabbix client on the Android Market featuring a background service to check host status and alert in case of troubles and of course a client to view the detailed items and triggers.

Remote acknowledges are not working yet as there seems to be a permission check...
