Our Public IP is blacklisted by repo.zabbix.com

Hello,
since 2 days we have a lot of trouble to reach https://repo.zabbix.com. We're receiving 403 Forbidden Error, the only solution we have is to change our proxy public IP to be able to reach it again.
But the new IP is blacklisted 24h later.

Can you help me to find a solution?...

I work at a IT company and we have a common problem that is our clients usually get their ip blacklisted.

I would like to know if there is a way of monitoring these ip's and see if they are blacklisted via zabbix.
