Check if my public ip is blaklisted

I work at a IT company and we have a common problem that is our clients usually get their ip blacklisted.

I would like to know if there is a way of monitoring these ip's and see if they are blacklisted via zabbix.

I'm not using it, it seems to be that you will need ruby:

#!/usr/bin/env ruby

I have managed to monitor my Public IP ( it is blacklisted at spamhaus)

But what happens now is that i only see the trigger for a short period of time. after some time it appears again. Is there any configuration on the script or in Zabbix that i need to change to keep the trigger until i am not blacklisted anymore ?
