CPU metrics total usage and idle count I/O wait as usage, despite being idle

Hi all,
I noticed I/O wait is added to total CPU usage and subtracted from CPU idle, in standard Zabbix metrics. iostat and sar manuals state I/O wait is, in fact, idle CPU. This seems to be the default behaviour across multiple Zabbix versions up to 7.
Is there a reason for that, or should...

I want to monitor both physical CPU values on Windows at the same time.

I couldn't get the value I wanted using [system.cpu.util and ["\Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time",1].

I want to use Zabbix to get these two values just like task manager...

It looks like it's killing vCenter with thousands of queries and I'm not exactly sure if that's a bug or not...

Hi,
Our one of servers has the problem ,which caused miscalucations of cpu info.
It has enough server spec, but inflate and deflate cpu iowait.
