Setting host / trigger downtimes

Coming to Zabbix from Icinga, I am used to setting downtimes on hosts or services when doing maintenance to avoid waking colleagues with spurious alarms.
I could not find how to do that in Zabbix.

I am running Zabbix Server 1.8.3 which is monitoring many servers with little to no issue. Lets say:

- I have a discovery set to run every hours using icmp ping
- It discovers a new machine (ping only)
- The discovery triggers an action _if_ the uptime...
