Scheduled reports "test emails" are not sent to users in subscription list

1. "Email" media type is configured to send emails via Outlook 365 SMTP
2. And admin account (admin) with media type email with an email id, say [email protected]
3. Another account (user) with media type email with an email

I have a larger trigger in Zabbix 2.2.6, where there are a total of 16 different ITEM.VALUE s. However with the macros you can only do {ITEM.VALUE1} - {ITEM.VALUE9}.
