Zabbix escalator processes more than 75% busy

I always got alert
Zabbix escalator processes more than 75% busy. I've tried to search google but no luck to find any information.

I am currently using zabbix 2.4.5. topology is 3 proxy + 1 master (frontend, db are separate). after couple of tunning. now only escalator is always...

Hello

I have a zabbix monitoring system with problems when execute this actions (send messages witch delay)
- Send mail to users (2000 per user per day)
- Send events to others monitoring systems (500 per day)

I see the process scalator working all time...
