5.4 Where to change the default date:time format (in dashboards, lastdata, etc)?

I want to change the default datetime format, for example, change 12-hour time format (AM / PM) to 24-hour or change date format from mm.dd.yyyy to dd.mm.yyyy. But I can't do it in any way.

Using zabbix_get we got 1.1430872E7 from agent as value (instantly). Template item is set to Numeric (float). Applying item, no data is collected, server log reports that item is not supported (without any additional info), item turns to unsupported.

Where's the problem?...

My zabbix's log file is huge (what's why I prefer don't use log[/tmp/zabbix_server.log] )
