Item with Numeric (float) is unsupported, format issue?

Hi,

Using zabbix_get we got 1.1430872E7 from agent as value (instantly). Template item is set to Numeric (float). Applying item, no data is collected, server log reports that item is not supported (without any additional info), item turns to unsupported.

Where's the problem? What floating point formats are supported by Zabbix?
