Anyone know in 5.4 why freeswitch default template not available? or anyone working for freeswitch monitor template?

I am new to zabbix.I am facing problem in monitoring freeswitch on CentOS 6.5 server.
My Item key and triggers expressions are respectively.

Key: proc.num[freeswitch]
Trigger expression: {server: proc.num[freeswitch].last(0)}=0

These things works...
