Unable to monitor freeswitch on CentOS 6.5

Hi..!
I am new to zabbix.I am facing problem in monitoring freeswitch on CentOS 6.5 server.
My Item key and triggers expressions are respectively.

Key: proc.num[freeswitch]
Trigger expression: {server: proc.num[freeswitch].last(0)}=0

These things works perfectly for me on Debian Server but when i apply them to a CentOS server it fails.

Am i missing anything on CentOS server?
Any Help would be much appreciated.

proc.num[,,,freeswitch]
