Help with Kubernetes Host Group Assignment in Zabbix

I have ~900 hosts in a group and have to add a tag to all of them.
I can do mass update in Zabbix Web but only for a page (50 hosts) at a time.
Is it possible to add a tag to all hosts in a hostgroup at once via Zabbix Web or my best bet would be to use API?

Now I receive frounted messaging sound alarts from all host groups, but I only want to reveive them from selected ones (eg: I want sound alart from A, B not C, D, E)

To be able to have all hosts from a host group in a graph you need to select them all.
All the items in this group have the same templates linked and have the same item that need to be in the graph.
