Zabbix 6.2 mySQL - Housekeeper does not appear to work

Hello,

I have tried everything with housekeeper and adjusting items in the server conf file. I went from 90d history to 30d both adjusting individual items and even override global settings and still the database just continues to grow.

I occasionally get the following message...

We are receiving the alert from Zabbix server utilization of housekeeper process is over 75%. Kindly share any suggestion to resolve this.

I am using Zabbix version 5.0
CPU - 4 cores
RAM/Memory - 16GB
HDD - 200GB
and monitoring 92 hosts.

These are the things I have tweaked in my config file:

- StartPollersUnreachable=5
- StartTrappers=5
- StartPingers=5
- StartDiscoverers=5...

In zabbix_server.log logs appear like this:

All housekeeping is disabled. why then appears '5 problems' ?...

We couldn't delete histories in Zabbix because
our innodb_buffer_pool_size was equal to 256M. Increasing to 4G, I was able to remove the CPU user time item history (with thousands of records for almost a year and 1 minute interval).

However, the removal lasted 27 minutes (i clocked)....

Since the housekeeper process runs about 3 to 6 hours each time, we have to change something in our configuration/setup. Somehow the trends and history database tables grew to

I'm new in forum, but more or less in Zabbix.
Recent i changed my database Zabbix Proxy Passive (SNMP collector) of the MySQL for SQLite and i see everytime the proxy run housekeeping (1 hour) it takes too long to process. Around 10 minutes for finish HouseKeeper....
