Zabbix Monitor Graph Interrupted

Zabbix Version: 2.4.4

I faced with a problem. When I added new server to monitor, and monitored the Graph, it with interrupted like the attach file, how could I fix it?

hello everybody, i have a serious problem, i've tried to add new host in zabbix, i've installed zabbix agent on the agent. with this line:

$apt -get install zabbix-agent.

then i change the adress of the file zabbix_agent.conf
