Is there a quicker way to update Item Interval's?

Hello Forum,

I want to increase the update interval for items in a template. I would full clone the template to make a new one. On the new template is there a quicker way to update the Item Interval or do I have to go into each item and change the interval?

Hi there,

I created a template using external script and set the interval to 15 minutes. By default data has been collected at minutes 00,15, 30 and 45. However I need to collect at minutes 14,29,44 and 59. Does anybody know the smartest way to perform this change?

Time periods (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ig/time_period) works perfect in "Working time" parameter for Zabbix General, but if we need to use it in only one parameter for flexible custom intervals for an item, we can use something like "1-5,00:00-23:59" but...

Is it possible to decrease the update interval (*) of an item below 1 second? Maybe not using the web frontend?

(*) I am estimating that the update interval means: the interval the agent collects data from e.g. the operating system. And it does not represent the communication interval...
