zabbix monitor database logs

hi , i'm new to zabbix and monitoring systems , i just installed zabbix on centos 7 , is it possible to monitor my database logs ?
to be more specific , i'm working at E-payment company . is it possible that zabbix can check the backend logs and notify me with the errors which i'll give as variable...

Is there any tool or way to count all error logs from server.log files that were created during the last month? Logs are saved daily in a separate file.

My zabbix's log file is huge (what's why I prefer don't use log[/tmp/zabbix_server.log] )

I have just built a new Zabbix Server based on a Debian platform using MySQL DB. I am getting quite a few errors in the server log files and I can't find anything recent and relevant that addresses the cause. The erros are as follows:
