Generic SMTP - Locating configuration files

I just would like to know where is located the file with the SMTP generic configuration, under which folder ?
In my case Zabbix server is running under Docker on a Linux server.

zacal jsem testovat zabbix pro implementaci a nefunguje mi posilani emailu ze zabbixu.
Respektive vse mam zkonfigurovano a email stejne nedorazi.
uzivatel na ktereho se email posila existuje a ma vyplnen email.
trigger nastaven a funguje
email se posila 7x24...

I upgraded zabbix from jessie to buster debian version, and now I have a problem with zabbix email, when I test mail notification from zabbix I have this error :

Media type test failed.

• Failure when receiving data from the peer

I can sent mail using : curl smtp://smtp.example.com...
