Passive Monitoring through Proxy
Hi All,
Do Passive checks work with Agents that are being monitored with Proxies?
I have a Server -> Proxy -> Agent. I want to do passive checks on the Agent, but , which is monitored by a proxy in a different subnet.

Zabbix 2.0 Proxy & Remote Commands

Does anyone know if the new zabbix 2.0 proxy sends the remote commands to the zabbix agent rather than the zabbix server?

i am testing Zabbix with a view to deploying it as our new monitoring platform.
the situation is essentialls a head office which will have 8-9 servers monitored, then about 35 remote sites, each with 2-3 servers that need monitoring.

1.8.3 Core w/ 1.8.2 Proxies and Frontend
I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade our core to 1.8.3 but leave the front end and proxies on 1.8.2 for the time being?
