Zabbix 4.4.5 appliance installed on QNAP VMWare Collectors

I have a Zabbix 4.4.5 appliance installed on QNAP. I could manage to add hosts with iLO and idrac, however esxi 6.5 and 6.7 cant see any value showing up. Using putty I have started snmpd and insert a community name as well.

checking zabbix-server.conf, Start...

I am trying to compile zabbix agent 1.8.4 - 1.8.7 on a QNAP TS-119P+ NAS system, which is powered by a Marvell ARM CPU. Unfortunately, it just aborts with following error message:
