We have some remote servers that can be accessed via ssh (running on remote vpn site)
what is the best approach to monitor and connect its agent to our local server ( the session can be initiated only from our side)
what modification in the configuration are needed? to connect...

Active Agent - Duplication
Hi,
We have remote servers that are using the active functionality. We have opened the port back to the Zabbix server and tested one machine. It works fine and data is being reported back.
I added a second agent (remote host), made sure the hostname is the same, however... -
Configuring Zabbix agent outside of the network
I have installed many agents inside our network and they run properly, but I remotely installed a agent on an outside network which in a different network and it did not respond to the zabbix server.
I also would like to know how to configure the agent config file and the server...
