SNMP STRING to integer-numeric conversion problem

I started creating an SNMP template for IBM BladeCenter H chassis
(shared as soon as ready)

Some values are returned as string instead of integer.
Isn't the conversion automatic using numeric (float) ???

For example
"21.50 Centigrade"...
