Frontend's wrong timezone display

I'm getting a timestamp in unix format that is being displayed in the frontend with the wrong timezone.

For example:
My item receives a value of "1657361472" and its unit is set as "unixtime".
When I check the latest data, the item displays the wrong time....

I want to change the default datetime format, for example, change 12-hour time format (AM / PM) to 24-hour or change date format from mm.dd.yyyy to dd.mm.yyyy. But I can't do it in any way.

I've noticed that "{EVENT.TIME}" macro shows a different value from my Zabbix Server.

We are experiencing an issue with our Zabbix Docker installation 'zabbix-web-nginx-pgsql:ubuntu-4.4-latest' where the time recorded against logs is not correct - the time zone being reported by php_info is Europe/Riga. The time on the clock dashboard widget is correct FYI....
