vmware-fqdn stopped creating hosts

Template: vmware fqdn, was working, but now doesn't add/remove hosts to zabbix.

I'm running Zabbix 6.4. vCenter 6.7.

This has been running for several years and working perfectly, this is not a new installation. But sometime in the last few months, Zabbix stopped updating VM's....

In Zabbix we have items that monitor CPU usage idle time; interrupt time; iowait time; nice time; softirq time; system time; and user time.
