Difference between "Help" and "Troubleshooting" forums

I didn't really know where to place my topic, since the difference between "Help" and "Troubleshooting" seems kinda fuzzy

What exactly is the difference?

Help: "Use this forum to ask questions about how to do things in ZABBIX."
Troubleshooting: "If you are having problems with ZABBIX, post here."
