Merge the help and troubleshooting forums

Hi guys,

Perhaps we should merge the help and troubleshooting forums?
I know the help is supposed to be for 'how to' like questions and the troubleshooting is for actual problems with zabbix.

However, when people are having problems most of the time it is either a 'user error' or a bug, but they don't know which it is in advance

I think a lot of issues are therefor posted in the wrong forum, since they overlap a lot I think it would be a lot more logical to merge the two.

not sure, maybe create a zbxnext we can vote on ? =)
