Language selection for New Topics

I see that there is a very active Russian community in this forum, which is of course a Good Thing.
Consequently, whenever I view the "new topics" list the majority of posts appearing are in Russian.
Unfortunately I don't read cyrillic script, and would prefer (without meaning any offense) to only see the posts I can read.
Is there any way to do that?

If you right click on the page in your browser, is there a selection to translate? Google Chrome and the new Edge Chromium do that.

Edit - Of course, I now realize I misunderstood the question...
