Pootle cannot be updated

When I log in to Pootle and try to update, I get an error message when I select the version to translate.

Database Error

Pootle can't connect to the database, the database is not initialized yet, or a schema upgrade is needed before continuing.

Please read the Pootle documentation for installation and upgrade instructions. Contact the server administrator if you feel this is a mistake.

The reported error was:
(1, "Can't create/write to file '/var/tmp/mysql.ON9xCk/#sql_2bc1_0.MAI' (Errcode: 2)")

Now it looks like an update is available. I will resume the update from tomorrow.
