Sub-forum dedicated for Medium Environments

I noticed that there is a sub-forum dedicated for Large Environments. By any chance could a sub-forum be created for those who deal with a medium scale environment?

I think it is probably futile, size is relative so opinions will vary on what posts belong where. Compare with "Zabbix Help" and " Zabbix Troubleshooting and Problems". People aren't really sure which to use and just guess.

Diluting the posts across multiple sub-forums reduces the chances of it being read and successfully answered.

It's obvious that a Large environment has specific needs - database clustering, multiple thousands of NVPS, HA, etc. But what would actually be distinctive about a "medium" environment that would be worth having a new sub-forum for?
