Release date of ZABBIX 1.6
ZABBIX Team is ready to announce an official release date for ZABBIX 1.6: the major version will be delivered on 18 September 2008.
This summer will be spent on testing, polishing of existing functionality and improving documentation. Feel free to contribute by downloading latest beta releases from www.zabbix.com/download.php, discussing and reporting your experience to ZABBIX Forum for beta and alpha releases: http://www.zabbix.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=10
Note that ZABBIX latest beta releases are considered to be quite stable, yet still not ready for use in production environments.
