    Monitor Sonicwall Firewall

    For those interested, here is an XML file to import into Zabbix for monitoring Sonicwall NSA appliances. I built it using an NSA 5000, but also use it on an NSA 2400 and 4500.

    To get the port status to come up correctly, I added a new value map called "Sonicwall Port Status". It has the following values:

    1 => Up
    2 => Down

    Does not work

    Hi people

    I have tried to make this work on NSA 2400 but it does not tell me anything.

    Do i need to enable something special on my Sonic Wall? I'm monitoring it also on what's up

      Enable SNMP on the sonicwall

      I probably should've mentioned this when I put up the template....

      The template uses SNMP to connect to the Sonicwall. You must enable SNMP on the Sonicwall as well as verify that the SNMP settings for the Sonicwall are correct in Zabbix.

      Unfortunately, I don't have access anymore to the Sonicwalls that I made this template for, so I have to tell you what I can from memory.

        I did that... the problem was the time of the template to get the information it was too high..

        What i'm doing now is trying to get the interfaces to graph
