It's posible monitoring zabbix, nagios and hobbit at unique platform?

Hi everyone,

My work is monitoring different clients with different monitoring tools (zabbix, nagios and hobbit) so I have to open diferents tabs in my browser for supervising it.

My idea is to centralize all of this tools in a unique plattform,I mean receiving the differents alerts in one window.

I was looking for a plugin, agent, daemon, or multi-monitoring software but I didn't found anything.

I'm not sure if its possible to do it...

The closest thing I can remember is the following Firefox extension which allows splitting several windows on the same screen,

First off thanks for your answer.

Well, I found a SNMP Trap Translator which is called snmptt (www.snmptt.org/about.shtml) it can be integrated inside nagios, zabbix, and hobbit to send traps to an aplication, however the snmp protocol could be "hacked" easily. Even though this program may be a solution, I think there are another programs that might be a better solution using safety protocol.

Of course I will keep us informed.

By the moment I planing to dedicate a couple of day searching for another alternatives and finally if don't find anything similar I'll start the implantation of the snmptt on the clients.

Some ways ...

- You can use ZABBIX 'slides' and have all screens (Nagios and Hobbit) inside ZABBIX Screens;

- You can use 'zabbix_sender' in your Nagios and Hobbit clients/scrips and send all collected data to Zabbix;

- You can try to convince your customers to use Zabbix only
