zabbix & weathermap

I tried using weathermap with zabbix.
I followed the steps in this link (http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9873)... but...
I had a problem connecting to the database and I haven't found out how to add the target for each items

So and about 1.8 maps and connector labes ? Can it be a good alternative to weather maps ?

maybe he can be a good alternative for weathermap but i must use weathermap separated
