Here's a template and script (zabbix sender) for NFS V3 Client statistics. The script would need to be fired from cron. The script is in Puppet template format, you may need to fix the zabbix server and host name fields.

NFS scripts for Linux and MacOs for client and server
I took these, cleaned them up, included the server and client stats. I haven't fixed them for any version uther than V3 on linux, but the MacOs has differing metrics and the scripts support the Full MacOs stats.
I am going to include the request/read/write stats on MacOs for the individual filesystems.
