I made Zabbix to handle stock values :)

I made a linux batch script that wget the data for my stocks and then feed zabbix with the numbers.

    This is the results.

    1 month

    1 day

(market is closed during evening and nights)

Soo then I can use alerts to tell me when to sell or buy.
(moste stock pages on internet have auto buy and sell optinos, but I made this mostly for fun and a bit different view how to act and when)

    Hi,

I have also played with an external script to gather stock quotes.
It was mostly for fun, I have joined a few screenshots

    Alixen

      AWESOME!

I think I'll have to set something like that up for myself too. :-)

Alixen, I don't see RHT in your ticker list... ;-)

        Hi nelsonab,

You only see the first ones !

I have attached a screenshot of Overview with current RHT value

In fact, since it was just for fun I just loaded a subset of NASDAQ stocks (123 exactly).

        Regards,

:-) I feel RHT is a good company... :-) One which I have been happy with as an investor as well as on a personal level.

            Hi guys.

            Nice work!
Alixen has also some pretty organized screens and overview.

I'll use these next holidays to implement my own version triggering over
higher highs/lower lows and adding RSI, MACD, Stochastics, etc.

I'll also look into adding McClellan Oscillator, Bulish Percent and Summation Indexes.

Just have to find a balanced solution to cut through the noise !

            Cheers,
            João

If you can add all these functions in Zabbix, we'll just have to add some specialized graphs (low-high, candlesticks,..) and Zabbix will be ready for trading markets .

                Candlesticks in Zabbix?
Hehe, would love to see that.

                Maybe we're daydreaming

I would love to get a copy to use myself.
