1) Unfortunately, it is strongly outdated now
2) For localised Windows version it is unusable because Performance Counters was not converted to "digital" presentation.

I've create new template based on original template posted in this thread. All performance counters converted to "digital" presentation as locale-independent way to grab its values require this conversion based on registry keys.
