Build service Zabbix repository updated to 2.0 final

I got it installed using a sledgehammer and http://pkgs.org/centos-5-rhel-5/kbs-....rpm/download/

db upgrade coming next

Unfortunately i didn't get any further; db upgrade fails like mentioned here: http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26319

Still, some fine-tuned packages for el5 would be nice, still don't get as to why zabbix cannot provide official packages for at least centos/rhel and debian/ubuntu. Thats really disapointing....

libcurl and mysql-libs on CentOS 5.8 i386 VM

Hi, I'm seeing the same issues as mentioned by others. I tried an install 15 mins ago.

SSH Checks

I cannot seem to get SSH checks to work. We are getting the following error in the logs:

item ####### became not supported: Support for SSH checks was not compiled in

I reviewed this page but how can we get this enabled in the repo?

I'm venturing into zabbix and started at your repository because I do not really like make install...

But I have a doubt: Your packages are compatibles with PostgreSQL? Frontend is fine with pgsql, but whenever I start the zabbix service he insists on connecting to MySQL socket...

Sorry guys been busy at work (helping them get a huge Zabbix installation up and running!) and I haven't kept up with this thread

I never saw the libcurl problem on the VMs I built... although I did only test on a freshly built CentOS 6 VM... sorry about that. I guess the "fake libcurl" RPM works, I agree that is a hack though.

I didn't compile with Jabber support (I'll have to tweak the spec file for that one)

Also sorry, so far I've only compiled specifically for MySQL. I can try to create a branch of my project and get postgresql RPMs built, but all my experience with Zabbix has been with it running on top of MySQL

Is there interest in me updating the repo to the "latest stable" Zabbix 2.0.4?
