    - cd to your externalscripts directory

It will works. Please note that this is Ruby script and then you need to have the Ruby interpreter installed on your system.

    Dear jjmartres,

I haved installed zabbix from the beginning again, follow your help. But zabbix log still appear like that. I'm sure about the requirement as your guide. I have installed them before adding your scripts. Below is the steps I have done:
    - yum groupinstall 'Development Tools'
    - install yaml-0.1.4 from source
    - install ruby-1.9.3-p194 from source
    - install rubygems-1.8.24 from source
then copy your scripts to externalscripts folder and then chmod both a+x and 755 for them.

            Hi!

            Thanks for Veeam template!

            - I install the template but no data collected in my 2.0.6 Zabbix...
            - I install PowershellShell script on Zabbix agent directory on my Veeam server. (C:\Zabbix\)
            - I install the agent with the add of 2 lines :

            ---- UnsafeUserParameters=1

            ---- UserParameter=vbr[*],%SystemRoot%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powe rshell.exe -nologo -command "& C:\Zabbix\zabbix_vbr_job.ps1 $1 $2"

            - I create value mapping with success
            - I import template xml with success
            - I add the maccro to the host
            - I associate the template to the host.

After 6 hours I have a new item "VEEAM Backup & Recovery job(s) (1 Item)" with 0 data and 0 refresh...

I launch many jobs since this morning bu_t, no communication i think...

            I use Veeam 7

              Sarou,

Try to set the timeout value higher in your zabbix agent conf file on the server veeam is running on. On my servers the discovery job would never finish within 1 second.

I've set it to 30 but 10 or even 5 should be enough.

You may also have to change the executionpolicy on your server. (google "set-executionpolicy". On mine it was set to "remotesigned" everywhere already.

                I check the timeout.

For Set-ExecutionPolicy powershell script the parameter is : Unrestricted
                So It's ok...

I see this problem in item of my veeam host :

Thanks man, you really saved us a lot of trouble by sharing this.

I was importing the infotrend template into a Zabbix 2.4 setup and got an error: hddStatus[{#SNMPVALUE}] does not exist

After looking into the template I ended up making the following changes and all looks good so far. Basicly just replaced "KHP-TEMPLATE-STORAGE-DEVICE-INFORTREND" with "ZBX-IFT-SA".

                        Here is a diff
                        Code:
