Zabbix 2.0.2 Generated Database Structure [PostgreSQL]

    Hello,

I'm working on my thesis which is based on the Zabbix software. Reading through forums I found out there's quite many people who need the current database structure.

Using SchemaSpy I generated the structure of Zabbix v2.0.2 database for PostgreSQL. I'm sure some of you will find this useful.

Basically it's a clean DB with one host and a few rows in the history.

    Here's a small preview:

You can view the structure here:
    New URL: http://z.bb-odtah.sk/relationships.html

You can download the entire generated structure here:

I'll also use this post to publish the results of my thesis which focuses on optimization of the database structure of Zabbix using auto partitioning.

    Cheers.

Okay I changed the hosting. Anyway, if it doesn't work you can always download the structure from the link I provided and see it on your local machine.

We've optimized the database structure of our Zabbix server running ~100 hosts using alledm's partitioning solution and also made a new function which removes the partitions without the use of cron, pure pgSQL. Here's more info if you're interested: http://6lab.cz/article/optimizing-ne...pus-network-3/
