      Zabbkit v1.2 released

As you may found we released Zabbkit 1.2 for iOS. We have added portrait mode and fix issue with {HOST.NAME} on Overview.

We have made decision to make small and fast releases and the next one is coming soon. It will have desired feature that we are planning to add for a long time - push notifications. All that you will need to send a notification to your iPhone is just exec curl -X bla-bla-bla. Hope we will pass Apple review .

Another news is about Android. Good news that we have started development and are going to release first version (quite simple) in two weeks.

Bad news for WinPhone users: we have frozen development for some time because we have no feedback about improvements. Looks like wp users are happy .

        Android version is released

        Enjoy!
The main feature is push-notifications. Try it, it's real powerful! Graphs and and something new are coming soon in next release!

iOS & WP versions with push-notifications are waiting for review in their markets.

Thank you for the great app!
I downloaded the Android app and the Push Notifications are working nicely.

          Can I perhaps request features?
          1) Quick linking from trigger to host's latest data (opening up the mobile browser would suffice)
          2) Showing trigger description & URL

We are going to add data values for a host or host group to the next release.

Ok. Actually we are going to enhance trigger's detail view and show more data about the trigger there. I will care about including URL to this screen. I do not promise it appears in the next release, but the fact that we also feel the same needs.

              Hi

Nice to hear that the Zabbkit is available on Android too.
I tried to install it on BlueStacks Android simulator but it is required Google Services to be installed????

Which part of Google Services it is using so it is required??

              Regards,
              Areg

We use GCM (Google Cloud Messages) to make available push-notifications from your server to your device.

On android version if I select "All" in the right menu and overview on the left I get "Request not sending".

If I select "All" and "Events" the crashes (report sent)

Too many hosts? Actually we have around 300.
                  We are on zabbix 2.0.8

I'm missing support for HTTP Basic Authentication.
Client certificate authentication by using the ICS KeyChain API would be nice as well.
As far as I know the latter is not supported by any available iOS/Android Zabbix application.

                        Zabbkit is open source! Enjoy!

                        Hi everybody!

CactusSoft has decided to make the project completely open source. I know some of you asked me if they are able to use the solution without dependency to CactusSoft's push server. So now you are!

Everything is available on github: https://github.com/CactusSoft

                        Enjoy the development!

The bad news here is that CactusSoft stops project and user support. We will leave the apps available in markets, we will continue using the app internally and we leave push server online. But we could stop it in any moment.

Hi, is there by chance a plan to port this extremely useful application to iOS 11? My phone is reporting it will not function there.

Unfortunately not. We have stopped any support or development.
