Configure Zabbix for 2 years further. Is it possible?

So, I will not be able to restart zabbix and mysql after every small change in configuration files, because some cache become full. I want configure it ones for a long period of time. Approximately for 2 years. Is it possible according to fact that I already have some prediction about how host and triggers will grow in that period? And I agreed with small perfomance decrease in about ~10-15%

In next two years you will be probably doing at least one restart a month .. only because upgrade of the zabbix and/or DB backend.

How do you deal with server (zabbix/mysql) configuration when hosts, items, triggers are constantly increasing?

The question is "How much should I increase buffers, pollers, trappers, syncers e.t.c to be enough for two years?" Do anyone have calculation formula for:

        Code:
        StartPollers
        StartPollersUnreachable
        StartTrappers
        StartPingers
        StartDiscoverers
        StartHTTPPollers
        CacheSize
        StartDBSyncers
        HistoryCacheSize
        TrendCacheSize
        HistoryTextCacheSize
        ValueCacheSize
        SenderFrequency
        UnreachablePeriod
        UnavailableDelay
        UnreachableDelay
        StartTimers

        join_buffer_size
        max_allowed_packet
        max_connect_errors
        max_connections
        max_heap_table_size
        query_cache_size
        table_open_cache
        thread_cache_size
        tmp_table_size
