MSSQL and multiple databases

Hello,

What would be the best way to monitor individual database on MSSQL-server. I believe it is via SQL Management studio and its Activity monitor. Do you know if its possible to fetch data from activity monitor? Maybe via perfmon? We have over 10 databases on the server and we need to know which one of them is using most of the resources.

what kind of data dou you need??

the best things is to use perfmon or
typeperf -qx >> data.txt
and check this for database-metrics
