Symantec Endpoint Protection Template

I have finished creating templates for Symantec Endpoint Protection client and server.

Template App Symantec Endpoint Protection Client - Windows
- Applications (2) Items (11) Triggers (15)
Template App Symantec Endpoint Protection Server - Windows
- Applications (2) Items (15) Triggers (43)


Package Contents:
1. FileCount.vbs
- VBS to grab number files in folder
2. zbx_Templates_Symantec_Endpoint_Protection.xml
- Contains both templates for client and server


How to Install:
1. Place FileCount.vbs with your zabbix_agentd.win.conf file
- Example: c:\Zabbix

2. Edit your config file and add this line to the bottom.
NOTE: You may need to modify the line depending on the location of the FileCount.vbs

UserParameter=FileCount[*],cscript c:\zabbix\FileCount.vbs //nologo "$1"

3. Restart your agent service

4. Login to your Zabbix monitoring website and import template

5. Add hosts to each template, or the template to each host.

This template doesn't work with Symantec Endpoint version 14.xx. on the Server that hosts Symantec Endpoint Protection
