One host more Postgre Instance

Dear Zabbix Users,

Zabbix 5.2 would be a bit of a problem with installing a postgre template.
More specifically, it gave a postgre host on which to run multiple instances 5432,5433 etc. ports.
Adding to the given host in zabbix the default postgre template perfectly brings the databases of port 5432, but not the others. Why?

I tried to add the template several times by modifying the ports in the macro but it was not allowed, I also tried by adding the template once and specified all the ports in the macro but also threw back an error.

same problème for me....
and i found a work-around
just create some hosts with différent name, same IP , and apply the template and change the macro port.
monitoring postgresql 10,12,13 on cluster with this méthod
