Zabbix server is unreachable for 5 minutes

I installed zabbix 2.4.5 debian 8. add some host , when viewed on the frontend I get the message agent on Zabbix Zabbix server is unreachable for 5 minutes ... even on the same server as the message says .. ..in the host with windows and review firewall and antivirus pudisen be affecting .

/usr/local/etc/zabbix_server.conf in the file, I have the following:
ListenPort = 10051 LogFile = / tmp / zabbix_server.log
DBHost = localhost
DBName = zabbix
Dbuser = root
DBPassword = xxxxx
DBPort = 3306
