how to monitor netapp via template

do someone have a cookbook to monitor netapp?

i have installed the netapp template from the zabbix official template page (redirect to this forum). But if i adding a new host to my zabbix server i get the following errormessage:

ERROR: Cannot create host.
Created: Application "CPU" on "NetApp".
Created: Application "File Serving" on "NetApp".
Created: Application "Lun" on "NetApp".
Created: Application "Quota" on "NetApp".
Created: Application "System" on "NetApp".
Created: Application "Volume" on "NetApp".
Cannot find host interface on "NetApp" for item key "LunId".

Maybe someone can help me out.
